Maureen and Matt Engagement Session | Brookline, MA

How cute are these two? We met up with them a few weeks back for a little tour of their neighborhood. They showed us the park, down the road from their apartment, where Matt proposed to her. Cute. The playground across the street gave us lots of opportunities for fun images and they were both such good sports as we asked them to climb into tunnels, swing on swings and play balance beam. I know Matt and I are both looking forward to their wedding at beautiful Elm Bank next June.

Karlyn and Joe Engagement Session | York Beach, Maine

A couple weeks ago Matt and I took a drive up to York Beach for an engagement session with one of our couples, Karlyn and Joe. Joe’s family has a house up there (yes, nows the proper time to be jealous!) and this is where they have spent many summers together. These two are so cute! They gave us a walking tour of the town and took us to a couple of their favorite spots. It really is such a beautiful place. We lucked out with gorgeous weather, beautiful location, adorable couple and to top it all off Matt and I got a taste of, hands down, the best oysters we’ve ever had! Thank you guys for introducing us to this gorgeous place!

Hi everyone! I just wanted to share a few family photos with you guys. Matt and I decided to take Aydon down to local, Good Harbor Beach, yesterday for Easter. We packed up cameras, towels and sunblock and headed out for the afternoon. We were shocked to find the beach packed, I mean really packed, with people in a whole range of attire. Many kids and some brave adults had bathing suites and were enjoying the refreshing (cold!) water. I couldn’t believe how warm it was for just the beginning of April. This was Aydons first trip to the beach since last summer when he was a mer 4 months, he absolutely loved it. He was a bit skeptical at first, giving us a disgusted look as we plopped him down in the sand. Within 5 minutes however, he was toddling everywhere, making a beeline for the water whenever he could. He got extra brave towards the end and was running around in the water after we stripped him down to his diaper. We spent a good half hour playing in the water enjoying this unusually warm weather. I can’t remember the last time I went to the beach in April!
